Licensed by the State of New Jersey Department of Health, Bryan Manor offers supervised 24-hour assistance to
individuals who are ambulatory but unable to live alone because of physical,
mental, or emotional needs.
Residents enjoy attractively
furnished, carpeted private and semi-private rooms with windows looking out
onto beautifully landscaped grounds.
The gated and fenced yard provides a gazebo and an arbor for an
opportunity to walk outdoors, participate in activities, or visit with family
and friends.An open-door policy exists
for family and friends who are encouraged to make frequent visits.
We take great pride in our
staff ~ they are experienced and dedicated to assisting our residents maintain
their independence and at the same time receive the support they may need with
their Daily Living Activities. Supervised 24-hour awake assistance is provided daily. Every meal is
home-cooked, and residents’ specific dietary needs can be accommodated. Snacks are provided twice daily and upon
request.
All medications are supervised but more importantly we have
a full-time Registered Nurse to answer and monitor the
residents’ health needs. Our recreational program stimulates our residents and challenges them mentally and physically.
Our staff retention is exceptionally high thus providing continuity and stability in the care
and attention given to each resident.
Respite Care is available to assist with family vacations or
emergencies. Caregivers need to have
some time away from their loved ones.
It is important to take time and regain one’s physical, mental, and
emotional strength, restore the balance in life, and regain a proper
perspective in order to continue giving quality care to a family member.
Do not be too hasty in placing
a loved one in a nursing home before it is necessary. Enabling them to continue living alone may not be the answer
